1. You could next time upgrade the way you want your item be transported from China to UK. Like maybe China Post e Packet parcel, or China Post Express Post Service(EMS) or even a faster service like DHL or any other courier company. It will cost your more money but you will be receiving the parcel faster.

2. May I suggest you read this:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

I don't need to upgrade the seller offers a service with her goods. She now says lots of parcels have gone missing in UK but insists my parcel is with UK customs. Right oh!!!
