http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY879781002CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 24. It is waiting in airline warehouse for available flight space from Fuzhou to USA. you can not see new status until parcel passes US customs. this might take 7 to 20 days.

Once USPS gets the parcel from US customs, you will see new status in usps.com

It won’t be delivered before October 31st? Was hoping to get it.
