Hello,

My package CJ497113675US is being held in Shanghai Customs - what does this mean? Is something wrong with the package? How can I get it to be processed for delivery ASAP? It is a food item which will be ok for a few months but it has already been 3 weeks and it has not moved...when can I get an estimated delivery date?

CJ497113675US is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance in Shanghai. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.

Thank you for your message. I have called China Post and they said I must pick up my package from 841 Hutai Lu (Shanghai Post Company) - do you know what their open hours are on the weekend? I know some government organisations in China are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

normally china local post office will open on saturday.
