Post When will my letter arrive?

Hi, I sent a letter to Benxi City from the US in early July. The last update I got was that my package was placed on a transfer flight in Beijing on July 16 and I have not had an update since. When can I expect my package to arrive in Benxi?

My tracking number is RA824655565US.

RA824655565US was delivered in Benxi on July 21.
