Hi , here is my tracking number RI710297106CN
Everything was going fine until i got this Alert when tracking -- >

Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,备注(rejected )

What does that mean ?

RI710297106CN was rejected in customs in Guangzhou, open dispute case and claim refund asap.
