Hello
I work with china post a lot. I had about 20 parcels this month. Their tracking numbers all start with RV and all of them had been arrived. but 2 of my parcels begin with UI and they havent been updated since 5th of April. Would you please check where the problem is ??? What's the difference between UI and RV ??

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
