WD019015099CN is not china post tracking number. your seller did not ship the goods with trackable service.

The tracking number is trackable via wedoexpress.com, but it is just a site for tracking, logistics company blah blah, but how can I know through which post he sent the package?

wedoexpress tracking result is not acceptable by paypal and aliexpress. I don't think the parcel is shipped by trackable service.

It appears to be trackable, but not globally, only until it leaves China. It left China on Dec 1st. Should arrive in your country in a few weeks.
