I had 2 separate orders for dog beds from a place called Grassland, their website is now shut down, am i being scammed?

usps.com shows LW362853364CN was delivered at the front door or porch at 9:47 am on January 18, 2020 in SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY 40165.

LW382198889CN has been processed through our facility in ISC SAN FRANCISCO (USPS) at 2:51 pm on January 16, 2020. You will get it very soon.
