Tracking no. LM214230959CN

Tracking shows delivered to "Shenzhen city, return to the proper investment" on Dec 1, 2018. If my parcel was returned to the seller, I am confused as to why? Because Canada Post did not acknowledge ever receiving the parcel, I am wondering if it ever left China at all?

I am also having an issue with tracking no. RX850859085CN - tracking shows it arrived "in place of delivery" on Nov 21, 2018. Canada Post says they have no record of ever receiving it.

I would appreciate it if you can check on these 2 parcels to let me know what is going on. Thank you

Canada Post notified China Post to stop parcel to Canada due to strike. China Post now can not ship anything to Canada until Canada Post finishes processing the old parcel stuck in Vancouver/Toronto airport. This might take one or two months.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

Now I am really confused. You say that China Post is not sending any parcels to Canada but the tracking shows both parcels were shipped to Canada. So is the tracking wrong?

Also for tracking RX850859085CN, my friend ordered from the same seller on the same date and received her parcel last week. She lives in the same province as me.

I am trying to get a refund from the seller for tracking LM214230959CN but he is not
responding to my requests. I need your confirmation that it was returned to him on Dec 1st so that I can escalate my dispute. Thank you
