Hi! Just wondering when my package will leave shanghai customs??
The number is RS041737855DE

It says it has cleared shanghai customs, but i have yet to receive the parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RS041737855DE arrived Shanghai customs one month ago. it should have delivery or customs clearance problem.

You need call China Post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.
