i have a problem with a seller i brought goods from .
i was giving this tracking number LN681116918CN .
and was told i would be able to track my goods i still havent been able to track them nor have i recieved anything ,i have left messages after messages and all the seller tells me ithat he or she will check on the tracking number, yet i never hear anything back from them i have opened two disputes and still havent heard anything . now i want a refund because i feel like im begin ripped off what should i do ? im really annoyed that the seller wont communicate and help me track anything

your seller did not ship you anything. escalate the dispute and claim refund.

if you escalated the existing dispute, aliexpress will take care of the case, no need seller response. After Aliexpress reviews the situation that you have not got the goods, you will get refund.
