Hello,
I need help for parcel CL782167091DE.

We sent it as a premium parcel from Germany to an office in Beijing.

The current status has been "Arrival Import customs" in Beijing for 10 days now. We shipped the parcel on October 29th and sent it as premium as they told us it would take only 8 - 11 days to arrive.

It contains product samples for a trade fair which starts in 2 days. Any hope for it to arrive? Any number I could contact? I already wrote an email to the service team but I'd rather call.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=CL782167091DE shows the parcel has not arrived China yet. If it arrives China, the parcel status will show china location.

I checked the status on http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php

where it says "06-Nov-2015 14:25 Arrival Import customs BEIJING"

The information I got from the German DHL service is also, that the parcel is in Beijing... but they can't give me any further information.

the parcel should be in Beijing customs but not released to China Post yet. So China Post has not much information about this parcel. Maybe it will be released this week.
