Hi,
our package was sent to a wrong country. current status shows it is "send to airline" in Beijing. Is there a way or contact number for us to track the package back and change the country address?

Do you mean your printed wrong country in the address? if this is this the case, the parcel will be returned to you.

yes, the sender put wrong country on it. When will the parcel be returned to sender? after reaching the wrong country? or airport will stop sending it?

return to sender might take 3 to 6 months after it arrives wrong country and all depends on the wrong country's postal service efficiency (normally they will give very low priority to return the parcel), it is quite long time.
