According to the record, the parcel first arrived to your company from 3rd June 2020 but up to now I still cannot receive my parcel and trace its track.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ137162786CN shows only result "Order Information Received". Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
