Hello,

Can i please get an update on the status of my package EV060402770CN.

The latest update was on March 25th in Yantai and i am wondering how much longer till it arrives in its destination country in Australia.

EV060402770CN was returned From Shanghai to original shipping city Yantai. Normally this means the parcel has some thing not accepted by airline. You can wait one more week and see what will happen.

I'm confused as to why it was sent back, as I have ordered from this company before and have had no issues with shipping delays.

It seems that the item inside has some safety or copyright problem and is hold by export customs. What is inside?

Are you shipper? How do you know what is insider the parcel?

I am not the shipper. I know what is inside the parcel as i am the customer who ordered it.

The parcel was sent to export security check point in Qingdao again on April 4th. Maybe the export customs made some mistakes. You can wait one more week and see what will happen.
