I don't understand why it become unsuccessful delivery. I used my delivery address to other items I bought online and all the items are successfully received. Do I get refund for this matter?

the parcel is in the hand of Pos Malaysia. You need contact your local post office and inquiry why they can not deliver the goods to you. Maybe you need arrange pickup.
