You have to go to pick up , unsuccessful delivery is because you didn't went to take your package 😉

google the telephone number of South African Post office and call them. your parcel is in South African Postal system.

Hi, what if you posted the parcel to an physical address and not a postal address? where can I receive my parcel from. Thank you

What addresses are valid and how they are delivered to depends on the postal operator of the receiving country. What country is the parcel going to?
