Hello,

The shipments with following tracking nombers:
-RG268507595CN
-RG268504418CN

have not moved since a month.

Can anyone help me in this regard.

It's usual for the tracking to "freeze" immediately after the item leaves China -- its status can't be updated again until it arrives in Lebanon and the post office there scans it. Historically items to Lebanon can take up to 42 days, so hopefully the LibanPost tracking info will update soon.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?
