It has been a month since the package was shipped and the package still hasn't entered my homecountry.

I'm afraid that it has been lost despite that the seller tries to calm me down.

The tracking number is EA144206933CN

Any ideas?

1. Last tracking I could find is this:

2. So today it's been 4 weeks exactly that your parcel has been on the road. I found this for you:
format 3: the number starts with “E” and ends with “CN”, i.e. EE123456789CN, EA987654321CN
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

3. Because the seller is still talking to you, personally I would wait another week. You could tell the seller if the parcel does not arrive in 1 week you are going to open a dispute to get your money back. Just make sure you still have buyers protection for your parcel.

4. But the decision is yours, you could open a dispute right now for not receiving your parcel after 4 weeks.

I really need the package and I also need to work with the seller in the long term so disputing is not the best option for now.

I asked the seller to call EMS and this is what he replied back with,

First reply: "This month is the biggest shopping season in China, I am not sure if it influences your package, but we do have no experience on EMS, the service person only told me "wait". They did not say "lost"... I will call them today again"

Second reply (after a while): "I called EMS just now, they said the package is in transit to Athens. But they didn't give me an estimated date"

I don't really mind receiving it with a delay but what I'm mostly worried about is, by your experience do you tend to believe that the package has been lost?

1. Almost sure the parcel is not lost, it might have been misplace or even might be in your country right now but Greece Post did not scan the parcel so there is no tracking available.

2. Parcel like yours a couple of weeks ago took 5 to 6 weeks to get to USA resident. Give it another week or 2 the max if you want to wait for your parcel.
