Post Unable to find a package sent to China

Hi China Post volunteer!

Sent a parcel containing a defective smartphone back to China in April via China Post tracking#: CO990857743RO; website http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=CO990857743RO.

Since then the recipient claims that the shipment never arrived, although your website says otherwise:
on April 19th "Other/Item being held, addressee being notified"
and later on April 21st shows "Delivered to: POST".
Also final status says "Delivered"

It is a little ambiguous and that's why I turn to you for further informations.
My question is this: did the recipient picked up the parcel or not from the post office, or the package is still there?

Please help me solve this issue.

CO990857743RO was delivered on April 21.
