I have been asking the supplier since 3 weeks now about an item I purchased from ebay on the 5th of September. By checking the tracking number (RS136963539CN) on this site. But I can see it is constantly arriving and leaving guanghzou airport without reaching the carrier and everything stopped on the 27 September. Can you please look into the matter. I thank you

1. There might have been 2 reasons for that. Either the parcel tried to board an Aircraft and for some reason did not make it because they were no more room for the mail bag that contain your parcel.

2. Or because of the increase Security check at the Guangzhou Airport the mail bag with your parcel inside it was re check by China post Security in Guangzhou.

3. To make sure that your parcel departed Guangzhou Airport you need to track your parcel and if you don't see any movement for 15 days, then maybe your parcel did make it out of China.

4. You should be able to track your parcel on the Mauritius Post site.
