Post un-received items - refusal from shipper

I have 2 packages i never received. my best guess at location was somewhere in Shanghai. i also have another i received with only packaging in it. Each of these shippers has been very uncommunicative. I was sent sent shipping numbers (LS226879162CN AND LS222529838CN) which state they are completed, but i have never received the items. The third empty package received is at home and i will have to update it later. I just emailed the shipper of the first 2 items for their address because i needed it to file an investigation with US Postal Service, but i have not heard from them. i have over 60 emails with these shippers of their lack of response or service.

Obviously you are scammed by a cheater. You need open dispute to PayPal/aliexpress or call your credit card company to report fraud.
