I was trying to see if there was any way I could get any details on any two of my orders/packages have the same status, but on Shop App, one of them said that "Inbound Flight Arrived" went to "Outbound Flight Departed" back to "Inbound Flight Arrived", meanwhile China Post says it has returned from customs.

You are a victim of a typical online shopping scam.

We believe purchased some expensive item from a scam website with attractive price, right? These cheaters actually take your credit card and claim payment from your bank.

However, most credit card payment gateway requires a "shipping proof" before releasing money to the online sellers. So these cheater will ship some junk item(i.e a piece of toilet paper, some cheap paper cutting or key chain etc) with real trackable service. Once the parcel tracking result shows "delivery", then they can get money from bank.

Hope now you understand their cheating game. Now, you need to call your credit card bank and file charge back against fraud immediately. Normally such credit card vendors are not in USA, you can check your credit card statement , you might find the company who charged your card are from Europe or some island countries.
