I have webshop. Two orders are stuck in 15 days in “ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL MAIL OFFICE”

ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL MAIL OFFICE, handover item to delivery agent in destination country

WHAT IS THAT?
How to get the packages to the customers instead?

the parcel arrived Pakistan Post office (ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL MAIL OFFICE) on Sep 6. you should go to that post office and pickup the parcel.

And I can not find it in Google.

So you think it's sent wrong?
Or what happen?

The parcel is now controlled by Pakistan Post. I believe you are more convenient to find the local post office than anyone else outside Pakistan.

we only know the parcel is now in Pakistan Post office in ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL MAIL OFFICE. Don't ask me where it is and how to call them because we are in China. You should find someway to contact them by yourself. If you can not find way to pickup the parcel asap, it will be returned to China .
