I made a purchase june 22 seller marked shipped jun 26 and provided this tracking number every te I click on it to at least see where the package is because I know it takes awhile it says not available bit the seller says he shipped it and the tracking should work in a couple days we are in the 2nd week of July it still doesn't work can someone tell me where my package is this was a birthday gift

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RH968186532CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
