Hi. Is it normal for a package to stay at one step since March 21? It remained with one update -
Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
Tracking number: 70633480561
Tracking for my other orders are all progressing or dispatched. Thank you

your parcel status is normal. no need worry. this parcel is called china post ordinary parcel. status changing is very slow even the parcel is keep moving.

Hello. It has been 15 days and my parcel status remains the same -

Arrival at international place of exchange
Guangzhou International Place Of Exchange (51003100)

I am worried because my other parcels ordered the same date have already arrived in the Philippines.

Also, another order from the same supplier with tracking number RC469126615CN remains invalid even after 13days. This is an order for Philippines but a tracking site showed AF as country instead of PH. Then after ff up with seller, I received message - Please kindly verify with your local post using this tracking number: PK160324014609 (http://www.17*).

(I picked Chinapost free shipping).

If you may kindly help with my concern. Thank you.

Seller is asking me to track with this http://4pl.routdata.com/ecom/MailTrack/index_en.jsp#
I don't know this tracking site. Using Google translate, notice from this site said invalid tracking number format for 70633480561
