2015-04-03 19:41:19 [Guangzhou International Operations Center] has been acceptance letter
2015-04-04 09:44:21 [Guangzhou] has opened for exchange offices
2015-04-04 13:28:44 [Guangzhou] exchange bureau has issued letters
2015-04-27 09:00:20 [Beijing] has opened for exchange offices
2015-04-27 14:04:01 [Beijing] exchange bureau has sent letters (domestic transit
thats what china post mail says but its going to allentown PA USA

when i track on USPS it says this

April 18, 2015 , 11:54 pm
Arrived at USPS Facility
CHICAGO, IL 60666
Your item arrived at our USPS facility in CHICAGO, IL 60666 on April 18, 2015 at 11:54 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

the parcel is still in USPS sorting center in Chicago. It might be lost. contact USPS and see if they can help you.
