Your item shows has having failed the safety check at Guangzhou airport on 07-Nov...but then it arrives again at the airport on 08-Nov and departs. It's possible that your item was examined and then cleared the safety check. I would keep a close watch on the tracking for the next week or so. If it heads back into China, it's likely going back to the seller. If nothing else in that time, it most likely has gone overseas. Transit time to the US is 16 days on average, so if it's going to get to you, it should have ample time to do that before the chargeback time limit for your credit card expires.
