Post Tracking stuck?

I have a package that shipped from china on Sep 14th. The seller said it would take 7-15 business days to arrive. However, tracking has been stuck to "In transit" for over a week. Any ideas?

I was told my package is likely at Chicago customs or it has already left there and not updated. it shipped via EMS/EUB.

LK614148949CN is delayed in Guangzhou. Guangzhou has some airline shortage caused by bad weather. you might need wait one or two more weeks.
