Post Tracking shows the same station for past 25 days

My seller has shipped the item more than a month ago. For a month while I try to track it, it shows the same station - Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan. I would like to know, when will it be shipped from there to the destination . Tracking id : 70587128103.
