Hi,

My Shipment is not showing any update from past 20 days.
Reference NO : RK276509459CN
On 29th it is updated as "Send item abroad (EDI-received)"
No Status change as of now.

Can you let me know what needs to be done and when can I expect it.

the parcel has not arrived India yet. normally it might take up to 5 to 8 weeks to reach India. status will not change until parcels get into india customs.

Whom to contact to get it delivered fast.
Few parcels delivered after this pacakage. This one is delayed long time.

You can try your local customs office, but the chances are slim that will help.
