Post Tracking problem to the uk..

Hi, I'm worried that the eBay seller has given me a fake tracking number, as now, it is showing "info received", even though it was saying that its cleared customs..

This seems like a problem to me as I just received another parcel sent a fee days before, and it did not say " info received" at the end. My tracking number is RL204717154CN

And help would be much appreciated.. Thank you..

1. Tracking number is a valid tracking number.

2. Maybe the seller recalled the parcel because there was something wrong with it here:

3. Very puzzling your parcel. You might want to contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel. Please give him this tracking:

Typically I get what I presume is an automated email reply:

"Dear friend,
The postman picked up your parcel from our office on 2016-11-02 .
Shipped by: Airmail service
The usual shipping will take 15-35 days.
Estimated delivery date: 2016-12-07.
The postal delivery time to different countries and areas is different.

If you still don't get it until the above date, please email us before you leave feedback or go to resolution center, we will provide you an emergent solution.

Your understanding would be highly appreciated."

So that was no help as I expected.

Is there any way for me to contact China post? To find out what's happened? As I will get no help from the useless eBay seller.

1. If you speak Mandarin you can call here:
Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185

2. Estimate arrival time for UK parcel is 6 to 40 days.

3. About this:
2016-11-12 04:20:33.0 Electronic Data Received

It might have been a computer glitch or an error of China Post not to have register the tracking number into the system.

Thanks, unfortunately I don't speak mandarin, the eBay seller just sends automated emails so I can't speak to anyone about it. Royal mail says it has not arrived in the uk, so must still be stuck in China. I have no present for my son now for xmass.

2. Your parcel is On Route to UK, you just need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.
