Post Tracking numbers stuck on Guangzhou, leave Guangzhou sent to Guangzhou Express Company

So I have two tracking numbers

LT254602401CN
LT220357287CN

Both say this when I track it "Guangzhou, leave Guangzhou sent to Guangzhou Express Company" One has said that since the 23rd of this month and another since 15th of this month.

When I go on ioffer and check on both orders I get this "This order requires additional processing time. Please allow a delay of up to 24 days prior to shipment."

I know that they have there Chinese new year around this time but I made sure to order everything before that.

Also I'v seen this before when tracking something i ordered from Ioffer "Arrive at the "United States" level two processing center." Does this just mean that it's now going through US customs when I see that?

both parcels are on the way to USA. such epacket normally will take 10 to 20 days to reach US, you need wait some more time.

That's what i figured but I just wanted to make sure since i've never had to wait this long to see an update with EMS before. Thanks for the info!
