Can someone help me with this parcel? It was received by China Post on Feb. 28 and headed to Canada. All of the sites I have been tracking it on say, "planned transportation by airline, Shanghai, March 4." I know that covid-19 has stopped most flights but does anyone know if this parcel left China before then? Is it still in China awaiting airline space or has it arrived in Canada? Thanks.

your parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Mar 4. It is still in Shanghai airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Canada. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you. What about tracking number UE888474040CN Do you know if it has left China or if it is stuck there, too? It was to leave on February 20th and be shipped to Canada.

UE888474040CN is still in China too. most of such china post ordinary parcel shipped after Jan 23 are all stuck in China. China post has no space to ship these low priority parcel.
