Hello. An item with the tracking number UA300040685TO was sent off by China Post on 9 January 2019, and the sender has confirmed that the number is valid, but the number has still not registered onto your database. So I cannot track the status of item. Why is this number taking so long to register?

UA300040685TO has nothing to do with china post. China Post tracking number must end with CN not TO. UA300040685TO looks like a fake number. You should be cautious of scam.

I bought the item off eBay and the seller is based in China. But if it was not sent by China Post then I do not know the postal service that was used to send the item.

I hope you paid with paypal. Normally off ebay is very risky as there is no buyer protection if you buy off ebay.
