I ordered my package on Feb 26, 2020. The company said I would get it by April 3, 2020. Where is my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW592412882CN shows your parcel was just shipped by seller from zhengzhou to USA on Mar 24. It is still in zhengzhou airport.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to USA. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel will take longer time to arrive, You have no chance to get it this week.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
