Hi,
With reference to the above tracking number, I mailed a package from the United States to China that has a guarantee delivery date for January 28 but no delivery has been made and I don't know the exact location of the package. Please help with the tracking.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived China customs in Zhengzhou EMS warehouse. It has customs clearance problem. You need ask receiver contact China Post EMS Zhengzhou office to make customs declaration and maybe need to pay some duty.
