My tracking number doesn't work, it's been 7 days and the seller is saying to wait about 5-10'days, should I wait or report this to ioffer but the seller sold 9000 items and has positive feedback, what shall I do?

ioffer positive feedback is useless(seller can easily leave good feedback for himself). you should be very cautious of ioffer seller. If you can not track the parcel by next monday, you should call your credit card company and file charge back.
