Tracking number: RT931654532DE
My parcel rest still in Nanning. Why? Tracking is not updated since Nov. 25. Pakets destination is Liuzhou.
Please help!

the parcel should have some delivery problem(most of the problem are caused by English address which can not be translate back to original chinese address).
You'd better ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

We have called china post hotline. They said: the parcel arrived in Liuzhou. The staff are chacking it for us.
But the tracking update is not updated yet.
What do you mean? Is the parcel in Liuzhou really?

1. If the tracking is not updated it's because the parcel was not scan yet.
