I ordered an item online on the 14th August, 2019.

The tracking number is UT102716079CN .

It has not moved since the 23rd August, 2019, and it says that the "Airlines plans to pay transportation".

I've been waiting for SIX MONTHS for this item, and it still has not arrived. I paid over $250AUD for it, the company keeps saying "just keep waiting for tracking to update".

Can you please find where it's gone?

UT102716079CN is not shipped to Australia. You are scammed.

You need open dispute against fraud.

if you paid with PayPal , file dispute to PayPal, if not by PayPal, contact your bank to report fraud.
