Hi guys, long time lurker here, wondering if I could have a bit of help?

I ordered a package and the tracking advise the following -

2016-10-07 23:19:00 GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51032100 Posting

Since then nothing has happened no updates or anything! I have contacted the seller who always says "wait abit longer".

Tracking number = LX984298563CN

1. Only tracking available is this:

Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received (embrace cast member name: international spot LAN, Tel: 13710855808)

2. You should contact seller as soon as possible so he can call China Post EMS to find out where is your parcel. This is not a normal situation. It's like your parcel did not move at all.
