http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO941563924CN shows your parcel was just shipped from China to Italy on Mar 24. It is still in China. The parcel has some serious delay in shipping time and status update.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to Italy. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel is still waiting in warehouse, not sure when they can get shipping space from airline. Please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Italy. Italy Post website will show arrival information.
