Hi, my package tracking information has been the same for a week now, its frozen at "6/20/2015 8:02:00 AM-->China-->BEIJING-->Send item abroad (EDI-received)-->Air-->KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE ". No updates whatsoever. Im beginning to wonder if its lost and if i should open dispute?

My tracking ID RH145156629CN. Please look into the matter?

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, you need some patient.
