It seems like your shipments are facing the same problem as many other buyers.

From my experience, I am not able to say how long your parcel will be stuck at the Guangzhou airport. Or will it ever leave the Guangzhou airport at all. From my own experience, shipments that went through the Guangzhou airport have been experiencing the same problem i.e. the same shipment arrived at the Guangzhou airport and was sent to airline. But in a couple of days, the same process keeps on repeating again - up until 9 times (so far).

So, my advice here is, if the buyer protection period is ending, you need to file a dispute to protect your money. The moment the protection period ends, then, the fund will be automatically released to the seller. Despite the buyer has not receive their orders yet.

1. For parcel RS049619562CN, it seems the parcel finally departed, if you don't see anymore tracking within a few days, then it's On Route to UK.

Thanks for the replies. So according to them RS049619562CN has left Guangzhou and I should expect it to land in the U.K sometime soon, though it has already been a week since the last tracking update and still has not landed in the U.K. Unusual and I doubt it has left China but who knows right.

RS049617875CN is in no mans land and may never leave Guangzhou. Outstanding.

This problem seems to be more prevalent for shipments that have to go through the Guangzhou airport only and not the other ports.

In particular, shipment that bears alphabets RM, RO, RS and most recently RJ tend to be exported via the Guangzhou airport. As I have pointed out in my earlier post, my own shipments went through the same process 4 - 11 times. And I have still not receive my orders yet (which were made and paid in full in April).

I do pity the sellers. They are honest, I know. They have shipped out the orders in a timely manner. However, to ensure that your money is protected, you need to file a dispute when the buyer protection period is close to and end (but you still haven't receive the orders yet). Otherwise, your money will be released to the seller and you may end up paying for nothing.

Thanks but I don't have buyer protection because I paid for these using gift certificates on Fasttech so hopefully they will honor the purchases and refund or replace if they never show up or are substantially delayed .

I now know one thing for certain is that I will never use China Post ever again, awful service and they seem to be a little economical with the truth.
