hello, i purchased 10 hoverboards from a seller. each should weigh about 6-10 pounds. the seller sent me this 1 tracking number RI771385904CN.

2 questions

1) does this shipping method allow for 100 pound parcel/package? or am i getting scammed?

2) why has there been no update in nearly two weeks from the customs scan in guangzhou?

RI771385904CN is china post register mail which allows max weight 2 kgs(4.5 lbs)

Your parcel should have problem.
