Post Track my return with US Customs shipping number?

Hi, I need help. I returned an eBay item to China, Guangdong province, using USPS.
I only have a US Customs number: LC697308116US

It was sent May 9th (or close to it).

It should haste arrived but the seller says he has not seen it.

Can this be tracked?
