Please help! This package has been looping and Nanjing terminal for over 2 months without any end in sight. Worst of all,. My refund policy will expire by April 17 and I don't want to miss my current because the parcel isn't being handled properly! I never seen anything like this and always had a good experience with China post so this really is disturbing. Please help as this isn't fair to me that someone isn't doing their job right. I have another package doing the same thing too now! So can you check this one first? Tracking# UP006927362CN... I'll provide the next one after. But since China Post has allowed this parcel to loop around the same terminal for over a month at least isn't there something that can be done? I've tried posting this earlier but the forum wasn't working either! Ugh!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UP006927362CN shows the parcel was kept rejected in safety check point. What is the item inside?

It's obviously a mistake because Nanjing cleared dozens of fountain pens of mine including one today so I don't get it. It's just a regular fountain pen! It's so bizarre because I got the same one cleared through there awhile ago but I lost it so I wanted to get a new one. Someone is messing it up and I hope Chinapost can clarify this

UP006927362CN was sent to export customs again on April 2. I hope the safety check point will not reject it again.
