Ok I got a refund for the order but checking today I see that on here it shows it was cleared? Can you advise if that means it has finally been cleared by security. I just don't get why Chinapost can't call the Nanjing terminal and tell them it's just a fountain pen. It's a mini fountain pen and I really have a hard time understanding how a fountain pen is a security issue when I get a fountain pen from China at least 3x a week through Chinapost. In fact, I usually pay extra for Chinapost specifically so I really hope Chinapost could go the extra mile to getting this resolved because I'm a loyal customer. I waited so long for this parcel and it's not my normal experience with Chinapost so I feel it's one of those cases that the shipping company should get involved in. Can't you help get someone to figure this out? Please let me know as I'm really bummed about this
