The package with the track number: LM113358491CN, has been in customs for almost two weeks. What could be the reason for the delay and how did you solve the problem with the delay?

LM113358491CN was sent to airline on Jan 18. Now is Chinese new year long holiday. Parcel will delay about 2 weeks. please wait some more time.

We will write a new post once the parcel arrives in Russia.

LM113358491CN was delivered on Feb 5 in Russia.
