Post The package from Russia isnt delivered yet

Hello!
We've sent to our business parthner 2 packages from Russia, the tracking numbers are:
CB033401275RU, EE024315123RU
They still not delivered. Please help me to find out what the problem is, we sent them almost 3 months ago.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels have arrived Guangzhou customs. Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pay duty to clear the goods from customs. China Post will deliver the goods to receiver after customs duty is paid.

So the custom fees are not paid? The receiver told me he paid. Can't contact him now.

CB033401275RU it was failed delivery because of the receiver refused the parcel. It will be arranged to be returned to the sender.
EE024315123RU It was failed delivery because of the receiver refused the parcel also, at present, it still stops at Guangzhou customs. you should ask the receiver to handled it immediatly.
